Prior to starting with the firm Mr. Cohen completed his undergrad at Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Business Administration while majoring in Accounting. He is of a select group of Tax Return Preparers who have been designated to be in the IRS's Annual Filing Season Program as of 2015. Mr. Cohen is a member of the National Society of Accountants and is also a Registered Tax Return Preparer.

He provides significant tax consulting and compliance services for clients in various industries including private companies with local, national and international operations.
He is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to becoming a CPA, Mr. LaLuna graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and subsequently spent 3 years playing professional baseball for various teams including the Detroit Tiger's organization.
Natalie has been with the firm for 7 years starting as an intern in 2015. She specializes in business and individual tax preparation, tax planning, business bookkeeping and financial analysis. Natalie is of a select group of tax return preparers who have been designated to be in the IRS's Annual Filing Season Program as of 2019.
She is a QuickBooks expert and certified in Microsoft excel. Natalie graduated with honors from Pace University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration degree in Public Accounting and a minor in Finance and Communications.

He is a QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor, and a Gusto People Advisor, holding multiple certificates from both platforms, as well as the Surgent Income Tax School. Matt is well versed in business bookkeeping, financial analysis and income tax preparation. He works closely with our business clients to keep their business books organized and up to date.

His journey in the field of finance began during his college years when he embarked on an internship in tax preparation. Since then, he has accumulated a diverse range of experiences in accounting, encompassing public accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll services.
